With over 100 committed team members, many of whom have been with us for several years, we know each other and our residents extremely well. Our 70-bed home in Waltham Abbey is an elegant, friendly home set over three floors with pretty surrounding courtyards and gardens. We offer a variety of roles, including carers, front of house, catering, maintenance and lifestyle coordinators. We are committed to supporting careers in care and provide training and ongoing personal development, looking to positively promote people from within our team. We are passionate about inspiring the next generation of health and social care professionals and welcome students pursuing healthcare qualifications to join us for work placements. Our supportive environment offers an invaluable learning experience with opportunities to build relationships with our team, residents and their families.

Today our beautiful Shirley went to get her nails done at the usual Salon she goes to and a kind hearted soul named Joanna sat and chatted with us, at the end of her treatment she paid for nails and treated Shirley by paying her bill too 💅 🥺🥰
