The home is well run by management and nurses. Food is good with a variety of different dishes available. A variety of activities are offered and special days celebrated. The staff really care for residents making them as comfortable as possible. The décor, rooms and communal areas are designed to make residents feel at home.

We are extremely happy with this home and would recommend it. The staff are all caring and lovely. The entertainment for residents is excellent, everyone’s birthday is celebrated. There are regular outings. All the carers are kind and caring to residents. It is clean and friendly. 

I booked a week’s respite for my husband. My experience – welcoming environment, staff friendly and approachable. My husband was relaxed in my presence. If I had questions it was no problem getting clarification.

First class facilities, very good staff. Excellent entertainment for residents. It is a very cheerful and happy place for everyone. Good food, good care and a nice place to be.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and management of Ashbrook Court. From the warm welcome on arrival to the in-depth social, emotional and medical support given, I’m so glad we moved my friend here. Her needs have been 100% met with consideration and care. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful care home.

The staff were so supportive when we brought Dad in. They have kept us updated and nothing is too much trouble. Dad has settled in well, seems happy, and always says how lovely everyone is. We now have peace of mind knowing Dad is safe and well cared for. 

The staff are very caring and attentive to everyone’s needs. The residents are well looked after and the home is always warm and welcoming.

An outstanding care home, with lovely caring staff at every level. I am so pleased I chose Ashbrook Court. I can relax knowing my father is being looked after and treated with love, respect and dignity. If anyone is considering care for a loved one, this is the home.

Overall very happy! The reception staff always friendly and happy. Staff are happy to talk and help with any questions we may have. Lunch looks delicious. Hairdresser, maintenance, housekeeping, and activities, all fantastic. Nurses, always about to answer questions.

All the staff and the manager have been amazing. My mum looks well cared for and is very comfortable in her lovely room. We as a family very much appreciate the care and kindness our mum is receiving.
