Personalised Residential Care

Ashbrook Court is first and foremost our residents’ home. Residents shape how life is lived, informing activities, outings in our minibus, the food they enjoy and how they spend their days. We feel truly privileged to work in their home, supporting each person to live in the way that matters most to them.

Each resident enjoys a spacious bedroom and benefits from 24-hour residential care delivered by our highly skilled and compassionate team. Our home is designed for enjoying life, featuring a bistro, cinema, beauty salon, and even our own traditional sweet shop, which is particularly popular! Thoughtfully landscaped, accessible gardens and outside patios, enable residents to connect with nature and keep active all year round.

Together with personalised care plans, each as unique as our precious residents, we support everyone to live well.

Our lifestyles team works closely with residents to create days that feel enjoyable, sociable and truly their own.

Every week brings a mix of familiar favourites and new experiences. Residents might spend a morning baking, join a quiz or film night, or take part in group karaoke. Gentlemen’s clubs, pampering afternoons, and regular minibus outings for a pub lunch are firm favourites. Residents are always free to join in as much or as little as they wish.

Calm moments matter just as much. Our regular Namaste Care sessions use gentle hand massage, soft music and soothing aromas to help residents feel relaxed and reassured — including one-to-one sessions for those who prefer the comfort of their own room.

We are proud of our community connections too. Performers, therapy pets and the much-loved Little Cherubs preschoolers all visit regularly, bringing warmth, laughter and magical moments.

At Ashbrook Court, mealtimes are a highlight of daily life, combining nutritious, seasonal menus with the chance to come together and enjoy the company of others.
