Fun Friday at Ashbrook 💖 We had some pampering for our ladies this morning 💅 hand massages and manicures 🧴 We also had some namaste visits in our bedrooms 🙏 peaceful 😌 After lunch we had our Ashbrook Arms 🍻 karaoke 🎤 pints of beer and glasses of wine 🍷 and lots of dancing 🕺💃 #dementia #makingmemories #chingford #carebase #ashbrookfamily #weareashbrookcourt #carelifestyle #carlifestyle

A lovely day of all things fun 🤩 We enjoyed some arts and crafts creating memories and looking back on memories 🎶 🎥 🤭 This afternoon we enjoyed a few games of play your cards rite 🃏 so much fun even our visiting health visitors had to join in the fun 🤩

Another fun day for the gang at Ashbrook 💖 We took a trip up the road to our local top Golf ⛳️ and I have to say we have some pretty competitive residents with a decent drive… All that work meant one thing a stop off at the driving range cafe for Ham egg n chips and a lovely cuppa ☕️ 🍟 🍳 This afternoon we had a few games of Bingo and finished off our afternoon in the cinema with the most beautiful film of Ps. I Love you ❤️
