Another wonderful day of engagement and joy at Ashbrook Court!💃🕺🎉
This morning, the home was filled with quiet focus and fun as some residents enjoyed a word search activity, challenging themselves to find the right words and stay mentally sharp. Meanwhile, a group of other residents took a lovely trip to the local library, 📚 where they spent time reading and exploring different books, followed by a relaxing 🥪 outing.
At 3:00 PM, the day came alive with a lively music therapy session on the first floor. Residents joyfully danced, tapped along, and played instruments to the rhythm of the music. The room was full of energy, smiles, and meaningful connection.
It was truly a day well spent—filled with stimulation, movement, and moments that mattered.🕺💃📚

We started the day with some light indoor table games🎲♠️, creating a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere for our residents.
At 11:00 AM, our ladies were treated to a soothing pamper session💅, with nail care and gentle treatments that brought smiles😁😄 and a sense of calm to all who took part.
Then at 3:00 PM, the energy picked up with a fun-filled quiz competition. Team William claimed 1st place in both rounds, while Team Theo followed closely in 2nd place. The room was full of excitement, laughter, and a little friendly rivalry! 😄😄😁
